  1. 18:23, no errors. Took a while to grasp the ins and outs (or perhaps I should say the “ons and offs” … 🙂) of the theme entries. I liked the animation provided by the NYT crossword app after I completed the puzzle … 👍.

    Re: a recent news event involving a hurdler named Chris Robinson. This morning, I woke up thinking that the situation he was in was a pre-dic-table pre-dic-ament. ‘Nuff said … 🙂.

  2. 19:10, no errors. Got the theme before finishing the puzzle, a rarity for me. It made a lot more sense to me after seeing the animation in the app.
