  1. 45:06, back to a more “normal” solving time for me, may have been slightly inflated by watching the Bills/Dolphins game while solving. NW was the last to fall, originally had “acme” where “apex” ended up.

  2. Also took an inordinately long time to wrestle the NW corner into submission. Finally saw “salmon run” and that got the remainder to fall into place.

  3. 34:21, no errors. Just happy to finish. Looked, for a long time, like a DNF. Bottom half completed, but the top half completely blank. I have only watched the first Alien movie, did not know that the creature was called a XENOMORPH.

  4. No errors and smooth sailing after a string of Friday near misses and I managed to learn a few things along the way. “Old Shep” is a real tear-jerker. It was on the flip side of an Elvis 45 that I had back in the day.

  5. Thought it was a DNF but then it wasn’t…I don’t get 43A but then I don’t get a lot of things.🤪
    Stay safe😀
    Go Ravens🏈

  6. One of my favorite style of puzzles. It’s entirely solvable but requires some out of the box thinking with the creative clues. I wanted to put Ypsilanti in N.Y. instead of Michigan and that delayed me because I guessed from the clue it was probably EMU.
